LCA is founded on 25 years experience in the insurance industry. We investigate possible personal insurance claims based on a client’s current insurance cover. After which, we process these claims on our clients behalf. Utilising in-depth knowledge of policies, coverage terms, and claim procedures we guide claimants through the process effectively. We assist with documentation gathering and compilation, and liaise between the insurance company and the client. Communicating on behalf of our clients, we handle all interactions, inquiries and negotiations. This relieves the claimant of the burden of direct communication and ensures that all necessary information is effectively conveyed to the insurance company. At LCA we strive to expediate the process by advocating for our client. In the event of any disputes our representation can significantly increase the chances of receiving full and rightful benefits under the insurance policy.
